Villa Pia Celebrates 20 Years!

Last month, our award-winning family holiday, Villa Pia, celebrated its 20th anniversary at the wonderful Italian restaurant Bocca di Lupo in London’s buzzy Soho district.

It’s incredible to think that Villa Pia opened its doors 20 years ago (has it really been that long!) and it was simply lovely to see so many beloved faces at the event.

 

 
One thing we pride ourselves on at Villa Pia is creating a ‘one big family’ atmosphere, such that many of our guests have returned year after year and we have enjoyed watching their children grow up. There have been several Villa Pia babies, and of course we have hosted some fabulous weddings and retreats at the villa too.

Villa Pia’s 25 bedrooms and 5 acres of grounds provide ample space for huge gatherings and with our all-inclusive food and drinks packages, it’s the perfect spot for your anniversary party, sports team meet-up or big family reunion.

 

 
And there was certainly a family reunion feel at the 20 year anniversary party, where our Villa Pia guests mingled until late, enjoying delicious prosecco, canapés and desserts served by Bocca di Lupo staff.

 

 
We were also pleased to have some of our favourite family lifestyle and travel bloggers Uju of Babes about Town, Mirka of All Baby Advice, Nell of Pigeon Pair & Me, Ting of My Travel Monkey, Cash of The Comeback Mum and influential ‘family raves’ founder Hannah of Big Fish Little Fish in attendance.

We chose Bocca di Lupo because their food such as the Toscana menu closely resembles the Italian cuisine whipped up by our capable staff daily. It’s a pity we weren’t able to fly our amazing cooks and other team members out to join us at the party, but we will continue our festivities in Italy…
